The Inbound Offer

Build the brand you're allowed to have while your paycheck still hits every two weeks. Then let the offers come to you.

The problem

Everyone tells you to post more. Almost no one shows you how.

You're told to "be authentic." Then you're left alone to figure out what that means. So you stay quiet. Or you post, and it sounds like everyone else's post.

Here's what nobody tells you. LinkedIn isn't a resume site anymore. It's a creator platform, and the people who've noticed are getting paid. You don't have to choose between your 9 to 5 and building something of your own. Not one or the other. Not someday. Now, with the job, and toward the kind of work that actually fits you.

I've sat in the room when the offer gets made. Roundtable interviews at MarineMax. Roundtable interviews at Molson Coors. At Molson Coors, I go find the talent myself and hire them. I know what people see when they look you up.... And I know what makes a brand reach out first.

What you'll learn

From noise, to signal, to broadcast.

Three layers, in order. Each one only works because of the one before it.

Layer 01 · Find your voice

Noise

  • Post without the stomach drop. Confidence as a habit, not a personality trait
  • Build a brand beyond your corporate title
  • Post honestly without putting your 9 to 5 on the line
  • Make your job and your outside work fuel each other, not compete
  • Turn your brand into an asset for the role you have, or the next one
Layer 02 · Build the system

Signal

  • A story bank, so you never stare at a blank post again
  • Three post types on rotation: a story, a teardown, a take
  • The 30-Day Posting Challenge, a rhythm you can keep with a full-time job
  • Turn scrolling into real conversations, then into relationships
  • Own your audience with a newsletter, not just a follower count
  • The CRM back end, so no opportunity slips through a DM
Layer 03 · Get paid

Broadcast

  • Set up LinkedIn's Creator Marketplace so brands can find you
  • Build your rate card, with real 2026 benchmarks
  • Read an offer, counter it, and get it in writing
  • Disclosure, usage rights and tracking, done right the first time
Is this you?

Made for you if

  • You have a real job and real expertise, and nobody online knows it.
  • You've started more posts than you've finished.
  • You want brand deals without quitting, and without your manager side-eyeing your feed.
  • You'll actually post. Thirty days in a row, at least once.
  • You work in or near marketing, sales, ops or tech. That's who B2B brands pay.
Honestly

Perhaps not for you if

  • Anyone looking for a growth hack or an engagement pod.
  • Anyone who wants a guaranteed number by a guaranteed date. Brand deals move at different speeds.
  • Anyone who wants a template to copy. You'll leave with your own voice. Not mine.
Questions

The questions I'm asked most.

What if I don't know what to post?

That's the most common thing I hear. You'll build a story bank from your own work, then rotate three kinds of posts. By the end of the 30 days you'll have more ideas than time.

What if I can't stay consistent?

Then the plan was too big, not you. We build a rhythm that fits around a real job, and the 30-day challenge turns it into a habit with a cohort cheering you on.

What if I'm not confident enough to post?

Almost nobody is at first. I sat in rooms where decisions got made and still felt like I didn't belong. Confidence shows up after you post, not before. We start small and honest, and it builds.

Do I need a big following?

No. My first paid offer didn't show up because of a follower count. It showed up because the right people were reading. A small room of people with budget beats a stadium of scrollers. You'll learn how to say that out loud in a rate conversation.

Will my employer care that I'm posting?

This is the one I get most. And honestly, it's half the course.... You'll learn to post without putting your job on the line, and to make your brand an asset to the company you work for. Not a threat to it.

How long until my first paid deal?

I wish I could give you a date. I can't, and anyone who does is guessing. Deals move at different speeds, and B2B deals usually need more than one person to say yes. What I can promise is you'll be ready when the DM comes. Not scrambling. Ready.

How much time does it take each week?

A few hours a week. More during the 30-day posting challenge.... That's the part that builds the habit, and the habit is the whole thing.

Where does the course run?

On Maven, live, with a cohort. Real people, real feedback. Not a course you buy and never open.

What if it turns out not to be for me?
Your refund policy, in plain words. Maven's standard policy or your own.
What does it cost?
Round two price, or "price announced to the waitlist first."
Round two

The first cohort filled. Round two is next.

Join the waitlist. You'll hear about round two first. Not almost first. First.
